I think you hit the nail on the head….you punish yourself…..I know it’s easier said than done but I am similar. You just have to accept you are human, probably make less mistakes than most, and embrace your imperfection.

I dont care either.....I deal with people in a 1:1 basis. We can have different opinions. What annoys me is those that chase people to discredit them or recruit followers to their opinion or cause. Go the fuck away. I dont need a flag waver 8 will decide who I like and don't like all on my own.

My boss told me the same thing... I got a bad score for not getting g my cert by 5/1..... scheduled for 8/29, and I didn't want to do to begin with
