The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Glad that went easier for you (no dilations) but sorry your readings are getting worse. 🙁
They fluctuate so hopefully being better about my lunch naps and being good about screen breaks will help.

I was reminded of the 20-20-20 Rule:
Every 20 minutes spent on near work* take a 20 second break to look at something 20+ feet away

*not just screen, can be book reading, cross-stitch, anything using that near vision work

Exactly...

The damp warm compress on your eyes will help with the eyes ducts. As people age the oils solidify so the warm compress helps keep the ducts functioning. Usually creates a blurry vision if the oils solidify...
Yep - takes a few minutes for the vision to clear after the compress. They do work. I just need to do the work. Consistently.

Looking around, I'm the youngest... dibs on window!🤚
That's where being the oldest was sometimes nice. I often got to sit up front if there was only one adult and a bunch of littles in the car.

My brothers are all younger but were so big, they broke the front, bench seat of our GM car. Not on purpose, just by trying to push it back farther and by leaning back in the car. Boys!

Until we got a new seat from the junkyard, my "stuffed chairback pillow" kept mom and myself from sliding into the backseat while driving. The other 2 sisters were SOL (too short for even the pillow to help them out). That was a fun time.

Not sure if I should love this post…

Or be sad abt this part.
I had an older neighbor come and tell me that he loved my big boobs bouncing around when I mowed and that he watched me every time :cautious:

Then the crazy lady next door who thought I was trying to poison her with well water from my sprinklers

I didn't go out much after the two of them.
