If you use DEI as the foundation for selection then yes! There are POC and women selected on gender or race or all of the above. Biden is a prime example of DEI, selecting individuals based on race over best qualified. Selection based on qualifications doesn’t render others as inferior people, it just means that based on talent, education, aptitude and other factors particular to specific requirements for a position meritocracy provides a better chance of success. Would you want a surgeon who’s main reason for selection was based on DEI or would you prefer one based on skill, aptitude, intellectual capacity as well as all the other qualifications required to be a surgeon or would you select someone not up to the challenge. DEI has our nation on a fast track to mediocrity not meritocracy.

No superstition at all. It's a fact of life that they cannot effectively lead men or protect men from other men. They don't have the physical strength, stamina, strategic creativity, or violence of action to do so. If they did they would have envisioned and built civilization, they would have established the order of civilization. They would have designed and built creations of architecture that touch the skies. Women would be enforcing the laws of society and the rights of women by themselves. It would be they who vanquish the male armies of our enemies, not men. All rights including women's rights are social constructions that exist only because they are enforced by men capable of greater violence than any wishing to challenge those rights. This is the way of the world since the beginning onto its end.
