As a type 2 diabetic I found that eating fruits and vegetables helped with controlling my blood sugars. I also found processed too sweet after my body adjusted to the new diet. I only eat complex carbs now like ancient grain bread.You could eat more carbohydrates. By that, I mean unprocessed vegetables/potatoes and fruits. That way you are taking in natural sugars, Fibre, vitamins and minerals whilst withdrawing from processed sugars. It's also food for the brain as the brain needs carbohydrates to work.![]()
