My wife and I are not "garden people." To the point we replaced all our flower beds with hardscape and plants that require no upkeep.

Smartest thing to do. I did that as well. But does generate more heat on the exterior perimeter of the house.

It’s good night to most but good morning from me.

I have a fun busy day. A few moths ago one of our friends in the next village said her ten year old daughter was mad keen on going fishing. I promised to take her through the school holidays and today is the day. We will go to a commercial fishery where there are lots of different ponds. It’s a place you are guaranteed to catch and everything is released. I have collected a little of my old gear and some stuff that has been donated so she will have her own pole and reel plus hooks and bits if she wants to go again.

I have done this for a few kids and the look on their face when they catch is just amazing. So folks keep your fingers crossed for a fishy bonanza. Even the weather is looking like it will stay fine.

I got a stuffy that had a heartbeat and a pad that u could heat up in the microwave to cuddle with....... BUT had to take it away when he started to rip it apart......

I am gonna work and at 2 going to salon for some self care..... trying to be a little kinder to myself.... lawn looks great... the flower beds look awful. I have called several places and no one calls back or comes.... I am not able to do right now and need help.... guess I will go and do inches at a time...... will get done eventually

Great today. My friends daughter did really well. I got her about 12 fish which we returned. It was a little slow but she enjoyed it. I have pulled together enough kit for her to go on her own….well with her Mom on Sunday so mission accomplished!
