Ask a MtF TG a question

True but I think that religious moralists/transphobes/homophobes viewed Christine as an aberration. "It didn't happen in my town" or "No one in my kid's school was like this." Today, as more people demonstrate incredible bravery by living as who they really are, the transphobes feel more threatened. Stupid, but that's the reality.
Yea, like the number of acceptable trans population is one-per-generation...

This is some interesting and surprising stuff! The acceptance evident by the coverage isn't what I would have expected even in a large east coast city. My impression has been that if there was any place in America, it would have been NYC to be relatively safe as transgender back in the 50's.
As the anniversary of Stonewall just passed, I became curious of some of the names involved back in the queer scene of that era.
I first started with Sylvia Ray Rivera and Marsha P. Johnson.....(as a fun side note the P in Johnson's name is a kick!) and have found myself deep in a historical rabbit hole that has no end in sight, yet anyways.

From stuff I've read this isn't necessarily true. Bone structure depends when puberty blockers and hrt is started. Obviously the younger the better.
Sure.
I went off to fact check the effects of hormones on bone structure and found a paper from The British Association for Biological Anthropology and Osteoarchaeology!! Who knew??! There are now more sophisticated methods for studying the morphology of remains, including aDNA ( ancient DNA ) and clues locked into tooth enamel. Again, Wow!

The BABAO group are keen to dismiss that there is any pressure on archaeologists to stop ascribing sex to skeletal remains. Sensibly they point out that just because western culture has fixed binary culture, it is not the only civilisation studied in history. At a burial site other artifacts may suggest a gender, but by using the latest forensic techniques they have found a body assumed to be male because it was found buried with a sword, was actually female. In one case a re-examined body was found to be intersex.

I tend not to interact differently with a person based on the angle of their sciatic notch, but perhaps others do? ;)

I so wish you or anyone didn't need to ask this question, no one straight, gay, lesbian, trans or any other orientation I may have missed should feel safe to come out as you may. I have read your thread for a while and I don't think you are anything other than the woman you are, you just had a slightly different path to getting there.

Pretty sure you might have been meaning to say, shouldn't feel safe.

And also I just want to add, even tho I've never met Stickygirl IRL, she is a beautiful confident woman that I feel sooo lucky to have met on line. Thankful she continues with this "ask a mtf" thread, it has been a reassuring voice for myself as a young in transition woman 💜🌹

She also writes awesome stories! Go check em out!

I'll let Wilson speak for herself
“I’m legally recognized as a woman in the state of California,” Wilson wrote. “Obviously Elon can’t say the same because in a ketamine-fueled haze, he’s desperate for attention and validation from an army of degenerate red-pilled incels and pick-mes who are quick to give it to him.”
“Go touch some fucking grass✨” she concluded.

and

In 2022, Wilson had filed a plea in California to change her name and also denounced her father in the process.
“I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” she was quoted as saying in the court filing.
“I would like to emphasise one thing: I am an adult. I am 20 years old. I am not a child. My life should be defined by my own choices," said Wilson to NBC News.

I've not yet read it but Emily Chang's work, "Brotopia: Breaking Up the Boy's Club of Silicon Valley," surely related Musk's antics, misogyny and transphobia, even if not by name.

So here we go again: science being misinterpreted for political reasons... Hmmm... funny/not funny how this just keeps on coming

UK high court has ruled that the law to ban U18s being prescribed puberty blockers is legal. The law, as usual, is an ass and will lead to greater numbers of suicides in trans youth... then in ten years time, after hundred of needless deaths, they'll back-peddle and say it's "safe" again. It never was declared "unsafe" by Cass or anyone else, it just matched the political whim of politicians who "care about kids".

Fuckers

Not a small amount of folks I talk to are surprised to find out puberty blockers are not a new "experimental" drug specifically used to transition. They tend to have the impression that once taken, the blockers effects are irreversible.
And of course these people feel hormone therapy must also be a recent invention.
Not surprisingly to me anyways, men seem the most likely to hold these beliefs, while often women I've chatted with know the background involved.

Not least that...
man,
Musk

Just some observations here...and stickygirl, please axe this if you feel it doesn't belong here!
I was wandering around in the lgbtq forums and checked in to this one, https://forum.literotica.com/threads/trans-girls.1590647/
pages and pages of phenomenally cute and supposedly transgender girls with in some cases pretty dang huge man tackle. Of course theres plenty of....joy juice flowing to enhance the moment.
Really tho, I'm struck by how far from my reality as a transgender woman that all presents. After almost two years of estrogen hormones my man tackle is feeling (and looking) almost not there! Not to mention I have zero cum anymore.
I bring all this up cause I got a pretty good laugh, but was also like hey, does it really work that way for some that are transitioning?

Kind of an ego surf tho....evidently us trans women are kinda popular 🤣:nana:
