He should make a max age limit - that'd be ironic.
This is a waste of time that will not get implemented nor will it gain votes. At best, it might give him a slight bump from stupid voters who would believe that these changes have a chance to be implemented.

Biden didn't start the conversation. It's been going on for over a year. He just finally joined the discussion.
The votes that are needed won't budge for this policy. Half of them have been calling for this before Biden even came into office and long since jumped ship. Those voters are the ones crying about how Democrats didn't do anything about Roe and are either staying home or voting third party. They already know that yhis policy won't ever make it to signature

No one ever at the executive level in recent history has seriously approached SCOTUS reform.
A few house members have talked about it. The senators have only talked about COE on an official level.

That's not what this is about. This is about promising something that not only has no chance but will even give you less chance to pass it.
Political theater for the sake of politics advances nothing if it doesn't help you gain ground towards your goals. This doesn't help.

I've already said that I think he should step down because I don't think he will win. That doesn't mean I don't want him to win.
It certainly does mean that I am overly critical when he does things that I believe actually make things worse.
If you don't like this, there are ways to avoid it. I'm not going to stop giving my opinions because you don't like it.

I'm just telling you what is obvious to everyone else who observes your posts: you have developed a negative bias since the debate. You interpret everything Biden does as a net "not enough". That's on you.
The fun thing is, if he steps aside and his replacement loses, you will say it is still Biden's fault and that he didn't do enough.
