People are going to find out that the Heritage Foundation likes many of Trump’s stated positions, including extending the TCJA, aggressive border control, more conservatives on the federal judiciary, and greater accountability of agencies that fail under the executive branch to the CEO.

Look what "More conservatives on the federal judiciary" got us.
Unchecked executive power- basically allowing a president to be above the law and avoid consequences. Plus, a loss of personal freedoms and rolling back women's rights by 70 years. "Greater accountability of agencies under the executive branch" so in other words, he can make the EPA give a green light to corporations to pollute, despoil and contaminate with impunity. Basically, so an American president can run his country like Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin run their respective countries.
No fucking thanks. This will have exactly the opposite effect of what you imply- people will find out what the Heritage Foundation wants and instead be shocked and alarmed- and do all they can to protect our democracy and make sure their agenda never comes to pass. Even if it means holding their nose and voting for Biden.

But shouldn't project 2025 be discussed especially in regards to porn and erotica, on this site?

If I owned this site, I’d certainly be concerned. If Trump wins, the hard right wingers that make up his staff are going to want arrests. Authors won’t be immune from prosecution either.
MAGAs (who pretend to want small government) would applaud the federal government lashing out at private citizens.

It falls under the rubric of "Making Sex More Dangerous Again" along with bans on birth control, outlawing HIV Prep, forced birth and using the Comstock Act to ban contraception, and sex toys.
Under Project 2025, sexual relations will be returned to the "original intent" of the Founding Fathers: Procreation. Period.

Regarding the "incels will be shocked when they lose their porn" part, the sad truth is that any porn ban would likely be implemented very selectively.
It isn't really feasible to remove porn for everyone, but if you already have a list of people you want to destroy, restrictive porn laws are a handy tool. Just like "corruption" charges are used to destroy political opponents in oppressive regimes - everyone there is already corrupt, but if you piss of the wrong people, you will hang for your corruption specifically.
In the US, I expect the "porn ban" to be used near exclusively (and by the most creative possible definition) against progressive activists, gay and trans people and reps who don't fall in line.
