However, Hisarpy would face MULTIPLE charges- by virture of having multiple accounts on the site. And his protestations of "I have only one lit account!" would mean nothing since, with a subpoena, the government would know EXACTLY how many lit accounts he really has. And thus, he would face far more serious charges, under a totalitarian regime, than most of us. Sadly, I don't think he has the cognitive capacity to understand the implications of this.

It’s a close election cycle. Trump has a 50% chance of winning. Higher if you follow the money and accept the betting odds. Regardless, we have an originalist - textualist majority on the court. Constitution prevails.
