Lootequiette: Pmann's Totally Original/Unaffiliated Thread

Good evening. Lit has seen some pretty good action over the last few days. There were more than a couple of heated exchanges about various topics, with boobs seeming to be the only thing that could unify the opposing parties.

A lot of the talk centered around the culture of Lit. Are there cliques? Is it inclusive? If people feel left out, why? That merged into discussions about the subcultures of different threads in Lit.

So today's topic extends just a little further on that discussion.

What do you like about Lit's culture? What do you dislike? Do you feel like an insider or an outsider? What would you change? Do you feel that you behave in a manner consistent with how you wish Lit would be?

Bonus points if you list the specific names of people you would ban.

What do you like about Lit's culture?
On its night, Lit can be the most fun, hilarious and side splitting place there is. It can affirm, and boost ego, and be a positive place for many things. The other litsters can champion you, celebrate you, and make you feel the most special person.
What do you dislike?
On its night, lit can be the most isolating place. You can feel excluded, inadequate, overlooked, unattractive and just not worthy. You can feel lost amongst the beautiful funny people.
Do you feel like an insider or an outsider?
Both. I know I'm probably not an outsider anymore. But there are still threads where I feel like a square peg in a round hole, and not sure or confident of where I fit in.
What would you change?
I wouldn't change anything. Lit is more than me, and more than any of us. We can - and have - disappear at any time and the threads will keep turning over, and thing carry on. Occasionally people may suddenly go 'oh, I wonder where @blah went' and then go about their day as normal.
Do you feel that you behave in a manner consistent with how you wish Lit would be?
I would hope I do. I try to engage in the thoughtful discussions. These are the threads I really enjoy. Thought provoking, learning about other people, differing opinions, while not losing the shit. And hopefully not descending into chaos too quickly. Chaos can be and is fun. But when it invades every thread, not so much.
Bonus points if you list the specific names of people you would ban.
@hotwords229_A and @deefalttwunnyfor for not sorting out hot boy anal.

And @Lord Pmann for not posting boobs.
