So, what happens if Trump wins Nov5th

You deserve your own bobblehead. 👈 :D

FYI;
“Judge Judy” Sheindlin is calling Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s (D) hush money case against former President Trump “nonsense.”

“You gotta twist yourself into a pretzel to figure out what the crime was. [Bragg] doesn’t like him — New York City didn’t like him for a while,” Sheindlin said of Trump in a “Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?” interview streaming Friday on Max.

Does she mention that Trump’s attorneys didn’t make any motions about that?
Kinda odd that all these things would happen and Trump’s lawyers didn’t say anything don’t you think?

Awww, Judge Judy
really?

She on the Orange Jesus’s short list for SCOTUS?

DING! Fries up!

And yet only democrats pretending to protect and defend democracy by eliminating a leading candidate from their ballots, attempting to deny millions of Americans their constitutional right to choose, can justify their perverted vision of democracy.
Where is your evidence of this?

Listen to the videos, it discusses the motions by both the prosecution and the defense.

And the Judge ruled on the motions. What's your problem? You disagree with the Judge? Who gives a shit?

Trump's lawyers can appeal, they will, and then a decision will come down. We know you'll only be in favour of a full acquittal anything less and it will be a continuation of your incessant whining. Me I don't care. I am impartial.

So you cite a case brought by Republicans, but you blame the Democrats for bringing it....Fuck you're an idiot.
Are you purposely stupid or are you for real 😧 The ruling was in response to democrats using the 14th amendment to withhold Trump from their ballots.

The democrats will say it was rigged and deny the election after four years of calling out election deniers.

Remember, rule of thumb with them is anything they accuse someone of is everything they're the ones doing.

The case in Colorado was brought by 5 Republicans.

Fuck you're stupid. Man just beyond belief....

"The lead plaintiff in the case is a 91-year-old former state lawmaker and diehard Republican. Norma Anderson says she never dreamed she would be part of an effort to keep her own party's leading candidate off the ballot. That is, until Jan. 6, 2021."

This is what's happened with the trumpers since 2020.
Remember, rule of thumb with them is anything they accuse someone of is everything they're the ones doing.
Did you do this to yourself on purpose? You just ascribed a position to the Dems that the trumpettes currently hold.

Of course it was challenged by republicans. Take a nap.

Five Republicans put forward the 14th amendment case in Colorado. If you claim otherwise, get a citation.

Note I already have cited the case....and please read this again....

Plaintiff meaning: a person who brings a case against another in a court of law

So a Republican launched the 14th amenmendt case in Colorado.....

Because, dude...

....said candidate tried to overturn an election he lost, and lead an insurrection to overthrow a democratic process involving transision of power.

That is treason. Treason is punishable by death in this country.

Let that sink in. Punishable...by...death.

The very fact that he is even allowed on the ballot is, in my opinion (Well, in the Constitution, not just my opinion) a travesty of justice. "Eliminating a candidate from their ballots" (who is NOT a leading candidate, let's be clear) is probably the least thing they should be doing- given said candidate's actions against this country and it's government.

Do you think Tim McVeigh should have run for president? Would you have supported him? No need to answer, we already know you would have done exactly this.

Based on my interactions with him- sadly, yes.

I hate resorting to name calling like this, but it is frustrating dealing with people who clearly have the intellect of a developmentally delayed child- a child with anti-social and bullying tendencies. There are plenty on this board who lean conservative but are capable of somewhat intelligent rational discussion- heck even Babyboomer50 and Lovecraft68 are from time to time (even though some of their views are, shall we say, troubling.) But Hisarpy/Icanhelp/wizzard1488 above, he is not one of them.

And I don't want to give him the respect he doesn't deserve by calling him a "Conservative." "Conservative" should not equal "ignorant sociopath."

I'll take the oppprtunity to engage in the rare event of me having big tall drink of something like Baileys Irsh Cream Liqueur and toasting to Trump's health. Best President I've ever seen in my lifetime.

Lol, no it's not.

Treason has a SPECIFIC DEFINITION and that's not it. You can find it in the US Constitution.

And of course in addition to being wrong on that, you're all in on the violent response. Which is typical for an ignorant leftist progressive like you.

You are being sarcastic, I hope...
