The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

My first dog would eat anything I ate! She LOVED watermelon! My two girls I had before this one loved green beans and asparagus. I would give them the stalks as treats!

My girl now doesn't like vegetables. She'll eat potatoes, but that's about it. She likes meat! 🥰🤣🥰
My dog eats pine cones, sticks, and worms fried to the concrete.🙄🤣

I took the rigatoni pasta and sauce I made the other day, turned it into a casserole dish, covered heavily with Mozzerella, and baked it. Dinner tonight! I forgot to get a pic. 🙄 It's pretty yummy, tho. 😋
so many leftovers can be transformed into a tasty casserole with little effort!!
I came, I saw, I liked!
veni, vidi, amavi

Awww! She'll be home soon, B2. Just think of the reunion! 😈😈
Right? We're here for you. Distractions, ridiculousness, coffee. Bagel Wars

When I was a kid, we had a cat that would lay in the sink in the bathroom while water dripped on his head.
Missed one - ETA:
My boy cat loved the entire bathroom - sink, tub, and the top shelf of the "bakers rack" over the commode became his territory as soon as I got it set up. He loved all the high perches in that apartment!
The tub was their "safe space" when the evil vacuum showed up. It was also cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. Silly kitties! 😻🤗
I am sweet til I have to unleash the er nurse locked inside. I keep her chained up til I need her...she is a bitch and can slice a person to ribbons with a look and 3 words and leave you crying in the corner...... wink and offers a freshly baked cookie
Super Powers!

I can be sometimes book smart and street stupid.
OMG - once worked with a man who was extremely book smart but so street stupid IDK if he would have survived simple day-to-day living without first his mother and then later his wife.
This bread is SO freaking easy, too, Rick! It's an overnight, no knead artisan bread. I posted the recipe on this thread somewhere...
It's bookmarked now... Bread by @Lilianna23
I don't plan to find out the hard way.
café smarts AND Lit smarts 😆
The phone needs charging so maybe it’s a message for me to roll over and sleep 😂
changes that saying for new moms:
Sleep when the baby sleeps
Sleep when the phone charges
🤨
My grandfather would tell me the old farmers would wear long sleeves with long undershirts 😮. The idea being they’d sweat and and that would keep you cool, along with keeping the sun off you. That same grandfather couldn’t get off the farm fast enough and moved to the beach!🤣. He was also known to be quoted: “ Air conditioning is the greatest invention ever!”

Happy Fathers Day! Your mornings installment…

Wise man, your grandpa
I'm the same skin, L2WU! One reason the PNW is perfect for me!
I've only been to Spokane, WA (lovely). Think I need to do a bit more visiting that general area!
I try to sedate mine with chocolate! 😅🤣😅
I'm now chocolate intolerant... and with several bars of dark chocolate in my freezer. I know they're in there somewhere.
I better field strip it first and clean it.
A clean gun is a happy gun
Our cat is like that. He loves the shower after we use it. He loves getting wet.

He’s a weirdo.
I had a co-worker once who had a kitten that loved showering with him. Not a breed that normally likes water. Kitten was a rescue and needed flea dips very early. Co-worker figured that's when kitty got acclimated to water. What a character! (both of them actually)
I cook pizza on the grill. We have a large cooking stone. Works really well.

Amazing what you can do with food and an open fire!

Ivan. He was my sweetheart
 What a cutie!! I'm so sorry Ivan isn't with you still, but happy you and Sven found each other! He's adorable!!
Back from Wally's where I went to get a few things for the house to attempt to sustain life for a few more days. I wandered through the baking aisle to look to see about finding stuff for LiliBread, and then I saw this and now I wonder if I'm being watched:

I told them to wait, but do they listen to me? No!
"Try a little subtlety", I said. "Wait a bit; don't be so eager", I said. "He's sure to try a bag or two no matter when we launch."
Heads will roll on Monday. Mark my words!
Alienated our target market! Unacceptable!
My first bike was a similar color! I remember like it was yesterday... my 7th birthday! Looked something like this:

I love the dog pictures…here’s mine
I  all the pictures of everyone's animals, too!!
Thank you all for sharing!

Here is the other furry guy... he is like a teddy bear
He does!! I've gifted Teddy Bears to many a newborn that look remarkably like this cutie-pie!! He looks snuggalicious!!

Having taken a day off I am not going to try to catch up. I hope all the Fathers had a great day. I spoke to my two and celebrated a wedding anniversary so had a great day and woke to this. All is good in my world!

Some breeds like cane Corson and mastiff can be even bigger
And the Great Danes. A client of mine had these and they were the size of a pony. You could have ridden them around the yard. My son had a Rottweiler and he was a big boy too, such a big softy. Sadly I had to re home him as my son’s wife couldn’t cope after a difficult child birth that nearly killed her and my grandson. I would have kept him if we could be didn’t have room in the kennels.

Yesterday was busy.

• Got my tractor tire back on and moved a bunch of tree bark and scraps from log splitting onto the backstop on my gun range.
• Raked the wood chips in the farm yard.
• Stacked 1.5 cords of wood w my wife.
• planted cosmos and zinnia all over (my wife calls me the mad sower <I like to sow my seed!😂>)
• helped my buddy who has MS do some yard work. (Saw his parents too)
•jumped in the pool (nekkid of course)
• Then chilled by the fire…

That sounds like a fine Father's Day, W! 🥰🥰
