I love making bread. Nothing is as good as fresh bread out of the oven.

This bread is SO freaking easy, too, Rick! It's an overnight, no knead artisan bread. I posted the recipe on this thread somewhere...

Bloody delicious. Amend @Lilianna23 recipe. 1/2 cup seeds, 1/4chopped nuts, 1/4 cup currants cooked a little quicker too.

Looks SO good, G! I will have to try adding fruits to my bread. IDK if I can find currants here, but I could use some other type of dried fruit.

Are they sharp or dull? Cutting yourself with a dull knife can lead to really bad wounds (cuz you’re cutting really hard).

If they’re sharp, just go easy. Years ago, I was a cook and learned a lot about cutlery, how to use them safely and how to sharpen them. Id Show ya if I could.

(That TOTALLY doesn’t sound right… but hopefully you get the idea! )

Training the dogs last night.

Sit them in a group and back off 10 yds, call one up and sit him. Others sit tight in the group. Back off another 10, call another dog and so on.

The dogs have to learn several things, don’t move until your name is called, don’t follow each other. If one of your pals runs past you keep your butt on the ground.

The most pleasing thing is the dog furthest away is the 8 month old pup and he got it first time. He is going to be some dog in the field!
