See I have B2 to keep me on point. And it keeps him on point.
Lol. She must have been comfortable.Ethyl keeps me on point - with pointy claws. She was napping in the bath sink and took a swipe at my hand. It's part of the game we play. Sometimes, she thinks I have too much blood on board.
Did you catch lili this morning? You do like to pull one’s leg don’t you? And my Friday morning is going well.
She went to bed earlier. I am glad. A good sleep is so important to our health especially mood.Did you catch lili this morning?
I saw her last night. Hopefully she gets a good rest. Lack of sleep can really be unhealthy. And we want everyone around for quite awhile. She went to bed earlier. I am glad. A good sleep is so important to our health especially mood.

Due to the influx of uninnoculated.Today is bittersweet as my GF visits her family in Utah for a week. I already miss her. And I see my grandson this morning which makes me smile.
News is puzzling as whooping cough is resurfacing in our county.
She's cute..(allergic)
Yes unfortunately. Science and medicine is doubted more often these days.Due to the influx of uninnoculated.

Yeah… people who are totally just waiting to retire. Don’t give a fuck about their job, and are generally useless to everybody and taking up oxygen molecules.Retired quitting?
Me? Hypocritical??You're the boss here. Seems you can bend the rules at times!![]()
YummmmyI made spaghetti sauce tonight, too! We were going to have spaghetti but I found I didn't have any in my overstuffed pantry. It's on the list now!
I ended up using rigatoni. I made bread, too! View attachment 2356439View attachment 2356440
Gives it some flavor...yummy I may have to make some. I usually make in 2 serving foil pains and freeze some or share with the neighborsThis sounds delicious, K! I use half sausage and half lean hamburger in my spaghetti sauce also.
It is amazing the games employers will pay. I am under no illusion there, and I keep my stuff close to the chest. I would say my big gripe is that there is no standard of excellence. No one is expected to improve. The good employees are supposed to drag lazy dumb asses on their coattails to be a "team player" and spoon feed them because they don't (cant) figure out how to get their work done without a LOT of help. And when held accountable it is a whine fest and I dont understand the workload. Literally the worker with a masters and a certification this am reminded me to do the database for reporting and that I was late...ummm the database is done and has been for a week.... you ingest your own data...I am not doing it for you. This is the same person who blamed me that she was out of the loop and refuses to go to the manager for clarification on her needs .......Hoping you're sleeping while I'm typing.
Last job I had (for real), I was there almost 7 years. When I was assigned Out West the first time, I was working with this guy from Louisiana. I found out he was getting another $400/month in expense allowance that I wasn't, so I raised Hell with the PM (nicely, I think) and got the increase in my allowance, too. No back pay. The next updated employee manual that came through first of the following year had a new tidbit that employees were forbidden to discuss their compensation with another co-worker. So I referred to it as the Wat rule. Still, I never knew what the other supervisors were making, and I'd like to think that they didn't know what I was making.
Raises are between you and management.
