When I make lasagna and I do my sauce I use half hamburger and half Italian sausage. It's so good. I also use a blend of cheeses I like to pull and Browning of mozzarella but it's essentially flavorless so I had a sharp something sometimes I add Asiago or monterey jack or sometimes I've even used cheddar if that's all I have just a little bit. I've had people that say they don't like lasagna ask me to make it for them

This sounds delicious, K! I use half sausage and half lean hamburger in my spaghetti sauce also.

Oh my giddy aunt. Today was worse than yesterday if you can believe. Didn't have a chance to get caught up today at all.

I had acupuncture after work and found some inner zen.

Bedtime now. Hoping for a restful night because tomorrow will likely be just as hectic. But at least TGIF!!

What is "nitro proof," G???

In the U.K. all guns are subject to pressure testing and it is illegal to sell one that has not been or is outside its pressure tolerances. Back on the day it was done with gun powder. This produces lower pressures than modern nitro cellulose powders.

To use modern cartridges a gun that is black powder proof should be reproofed for nitro, hence this term.

That is as simple as I can make it!

Update: Had a 3rd date today. She wanted to go hiking (ugh). It turned out great! She actually got my lazy ass to hike 5 miles by stopping every now and then for some rejuvenating kisses. After, we went back to my place for coffee and more kissing. (Too soon to get horizontal yet.). Did I mention she’s really good at kissing?

4th date scheduled for Saturday night!
