“We have recently discovered that the entire ‘Database’ directory from the D drive of the machine ‘EMSPrimary’ has been deleted,” Fann wrote on Wednesday to Jack Sellers, chair of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. “This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena.”

Those other issues mentioned by Fann include concerns that many of the boxes which contain nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in the election were allegedly turned over by the county without tamper-evident seals or without the ballots first being sealed in bags. And there are questions about ballot batch counts, Fann noted.

“The audit team has encountered a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots contained in a batch and the total denoted on the pink report slip accompanying the batch,” Fann told Sellers. “In most of these instances, the total on the pink report slip is greater than the number of ballots in the batch, although there are a few instances in which the total is lower.”

Arizona Senate study estimates 200k ballots counted in 2020 with mismatched signatures​

Estimate is more than eight times the number of mismatches acknowledged by the county.

A study of Maricopa County's mail ballots in Arizona's 2020 presidential election estimates that more than 200,000 ballots with mismatched signatures were counted without being reviewed, or "cured" — more than eight times the 25,000 signature mismatches requiring curing acknowledged by the county.

Commissioned by the Arizona State Senate, the signature verification pilot study was conducted by Shiva Ayyadurai's Election Systems Integrity Institute, which released its final report to the public on Tuesday. Ayyadurai is an engineer and entrpreneur with four degrees from MIT who bills himself as the inventor of email, a claim which critics have alleged is exaggerated.

Of the 1,911,918 early voting mail ballots that Maricopa County received and counted in the 2020 presidential election, the county reported that 25,000, or 1.3%, had signature mismatches that required curing, but only 587 (2.3%) of those were confirmed mismatched signatures.

Under Maricopa County election rules, a reviewer first compares a signature on an envelope with the signature on file for the voter, which takes about 4-30 seconds. If the signature does not appear to match, the ballot is cured, which takes three or more minutes and includes attempts to contact the voter to determine whether or not the signature is a match.

In the signature verification study, three expert forensic document examiners and three novices reviewed 499 images of early voting mail ballot envelopes to determine if the signatures on them matched with the signatures on file. All the reviewers agreed that 60 of the 499 envelopes, or 12% were signature mismatches.

Hamadeh’s race was decided by 280 votes after a “significant miscount” of hundreds of votes was discovered in rural Pinal County’s recount results. It is the closest race in Arizona, with over 2.5 million votes cast.

The newly discovered evidence of uncounted ballots and voter disenfranchisement across the state was intentionally withheld by Katie Hobbs at Abe’s first trial. Additionally, “Maricopa did not provide provisional ballot information until after trial, information that had it been timely provided, we would have been able to address those problems we found at trial,” said Hamadeh attorney Jen Wright.

During Hamadeh’s new trial in May, the spineless Judge dismissed the evidence and voter testimony that thousands of votes remain wrongfully uncounted due to wrongfully canceled voter registrations.

Voting machine failures at 60% of polling locations also disenfranchised thousands of Republican election-day voters in a race called by less than 300 votes! How the hell do you call this a fair election?

The Maricopa County Republican Committee has unanimously adopted a resolution, calling on the Republican Controlled Arizona House and Senate to bring impeachment charges against the fraudulently elected and tyrannical Attorney General.

The Arizona Legislature reconvenes on January 8, 2024.

Recall that the 2022 election in Arizona was rigged and stolen when 60% of machines failed on election day in the state’s largest county. Trump-Endorsed Republican Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh reportedly lost by 280 votes out of more than 2.5 million ballots.

Mayes is now targeting election officials who questioned her fraudulent election and are fighting for honest elections moving forward.

So, call back that special team that screened for bamboo shoots in the original ballots and have them cross-check the ballots that voted with the dead and moved away people. Find those bastards and basterettes and feed them to the crocodiles in the moat in Arizona that Trump built to keep out migrants!

Bloated voter registries are not a sign of crime or that someone used those names to vote. Every state has such records that need to be periodically reviewed and cleaned up. Most states don't allocate funds or resources to handle that. Apparently, neither does Arizona, but that's not a crime.

Slaton dismisses the evidence as fabricated, saying he's the victim of identity theft. His Social Security number has been stolen, his military discharge papers altered and his record distorted

Records published on the websites MilitaryPhonies.com and ValorGuardians.com ..... show Slaton left reserve duty in 1979. He served active duty as a helicopter repairman from 1973-76.

The document Slaton gave to the radio host claimed he served in the "Nixon Vietnamese Program 1974," which is not on the official DD-214. It also lists several medals that are not on the official paperwork.
