Notice that there are only 34 and not 35 because the State of NY though Alvin Bragg FUCKED UP and didn't include the one that's absolutely essential in order to elevate the misdemeanors into class E felonies. And because of that, Trump wasn't afforded his full rights to due process.

That 35th crime didn’t need to be charged OR have previously resulted in a conviction.

The 34 counts could be / were elevated to felonies simply by virtue of the corrupt orange traitor’s DEMONSTRATED INTENT to commit the election / campaign crime.
