Monday, April 15th: First Ever Criminal Trial for a Former US President

None of which had any positive outcome on Trump's election. Nobody in Russia or China gave Trump 3 million dollars.

I find it interesting that the Left doesn't think that Bud Light should have suffered because of the Dylan Mulvaney debacle but Trump should personally suffer for the mistakes made by those he hired.

It's almost like they have double standards or something.

Donuts and hand granades.

Dylan Mulvaney didn’t commit crimes for the management of Anheuser Busch.

He didn't?

Tell it to Title 7 and Alvin Bragg because it certainly seems as if someone did some dubious accounting entries at the behest of the person in charge.

They have rejected all efforts to expedite these cases. Why would they change that position now?

My apologies then. I was working off of the duck thing.

Oh, the irony.

Your boy is running on a vengeance and retribution platform and he gives zero fucks about the constitution. Or haven’t you noticed. So if you’re counting on trump for a pendulum swing back to civility and constitutional neutrality don’t hold your breath because trump ain’t that guy. And if he gets the presidency somehow cooler heads will not prevail because of his first go round. But yes, hopefully both sides can simmer down and breath a sigh of relief if trump loses, though he’ll shit stir for awhile.
Like I said “LOOK IN YOUR OWN BACK YARD “
Yes but he made decisions on the prosecution that linked a federal crime without any authority to do so.
There are so many points of contention with this case. Merchan was basically acting as a one man steering committee.

What is so surprising is how the information given by the DA to the grand jury was incomplete. Exculpatory evidence that was available from Costello's testimony was not included in the indictment. We all know why that evidence was left out. I'm not sure if the Brady rule extends to grand jury testimony but the fact that exculpatory evidence volunteered by Costello during a grand jury hearing was with-held had influenced the prosecution's rapid objections during Costello's cross examination by the defense.

The second point of contention was the fact that Bragg used Cohen as the primary witness for the prosecution perhaps knowing full well that in order for Cohen to support the indictment during questioning Cohen would have to perjure himself and hopefully not get caught. That subornation of perjury will, if charged at a later date, fall right in Bragg's lap. He could be charged with a felony.

Merchan put his own personal political interest ahead of justice. The inconsistencies displayed by Merchan during the trial are so numerous it's a waste of time to list them.

On to the appeals.

This is you being wrong and it's because of your partisan politics and intolerance.

Trump lost yugely.

Again.

Michael Cohen was a lawyer who was found guilty of campaign fraud. Dylan Mulvaney hasn’t been convicted of anything. Why should Bud Light suffer?

Stated slightly differently than I did but all in all this is my exact question; why Trump and not Bud Light?

That whataboutism is a stretch, even for you. Bud Lite got a market pushback from beer loving Transphobes, Trump got trounced by evidence and law.

Without double standards in the Democrat Party, there would be no standards at all. It's the "something" that infects them we have to be concerned about. It needs to be excised.

Take a look in your own back yard for God’s sakes. I’m a certified American citizen. Using MAGAT in the pejorative to describe me is school yard bully stuff.

Two avenues the Trump team can simultaneously through the appellate process Petition the SCOTUS by

1. WRIT of CERTIORARI
2. COMMON LAW WRIT

A district DA or a state trial court judge shouldn’t have such a powerful influence over our federal election process. This court should be severely admonished for interfering with federal elections.

I truly hope that the pendulum of vengeance and retribution doesn’t swing back. Hopefully cooler heads will prevail using our constitutional values correctly, working within our constitutional laws to right the ship and put our justice system back on tract and not lower ourselves to that low standard of juris prudence exhibited by New York’s flawed legal system.
Has Todd Blanche called you yet? I'm sure your vast knowledge of this case and the American legal system will be invaluable to Trump's appeal.

🙄

That shows you how far off the track you've derailed your common sense.
No, he's absolutely right. I just watched the segment with Turley prostrating himself servilely in Trump's defense on Fox. I think you were the one who cited him as a highly-respected liberal lawyer. Shockingly (said no one ever), you were either wrong, you lied, or he sold his soul for money and 15 minutes of fame on cable news.
