T found guilty on all accounts

LOL you won't admit it. That's a given. You're harping on Hunter Biden even though multiple people in the GOP have admitted there's nothing there. You're clinging to that despite their admissions. Just like you would be if it were Obama - because they would be. Just like the are with Hunter Biden.

You're coming unglued. :nana:

There's nothing there? Is that why he's not being prosecuted in DC and California?

BTW, are you aware that his Hollywood bro says he's out of cash to feed Hunter for his legal fees and other troubles? Not good. Not only because that suddenly puts a big hurt on Hunter's ability to pay his lawyers (seems like that's something you say about Trump) but it's also not a good look when a long time supporter suddenly cuts & runs.

Chutkan's gag order is still in place so Trump was correct.

It's really a pity that you don't understand anything of what you speak.
During sentencing Merchan can consider gag order violations, so I don't know if the corrupt judge will regard anything Trump says going forth as a violation of his orders. They invented this whole prosecution so why couldn't they add to it. We are in unexplored legal territory as we speak.

Says the not legal expert. 🙊

Disagreeing only makes you disagreeable. It doesn't make you correct.

Fact; for every legal matter there are at least 2 different opinions. Only 1 will prevail after the dust settles.

In this case I place my faith in THE LAW which is not what you (or your bogus legal opinion writer) wish it is.

The sleeping giant is napping on their mother’s couch in the basement where they’ve always been. Of course one or two may set themselves on fire.

Is there such a thing as anonymous juries? It’s a simple question, harpy.

No it isn't because you're omitting a lot of things.

On the whole, trials are a matter of public record. Per the Constitution they are public and the people have a right to know who/what/where/when. Once the trial is concluded, as a matter of law the judge has no further authority to order anyone to do anything regarding the record or the who/what/where/when. This is called jurisdiction and a court only has jurisdiction on matters which are before it and ONLY while those matters are pending.

The trial is over and the matter is no longer before the court or pending. Further, I will bet that the media will publish the names of the jurors eventually. They can now but the judge has said that he "hopes" that they will refrain. Which sort of makes your idea that there's a gag order sound REALLY stupid.

Chutkan's gag order remains in force. Merchan's is no longer in force because there is no jurisdiction or authority behind it.

Nothing related to his father and any big money connection.

Interesting thing about you idiots... Hunter Biden supposedly was involved in a big money scheme from foreign governments but is so poor he can't pay for a lawyer himself. You don't even hear yourselves.

😄

In the whole…got my answer. Thanks!

But you're not voting for Hunter so what does it matter?

The money trail is there. You refuse to believe it, but it's there. In fact the committee investigating the Bidens just found even more concealed bank accounts. With direct payments from foreign interests this time.

Nor does that account for the classified documents found in Joe's garage and other places or homes/offices. Oops.

And of course it doesn't negate the Special Counsel's finding that Joe engaged in criminal acts. For which prosecution is declined because he's too old and feeble.

But you're going to vote for Joe because you think that the man who is too old and feeble to be held accountable for his crimes, and who is linked to his corrupt and criminal son by a money laundering scheme, is the best guy to be President while you denounce the other guy as too corrupt.

Partisan much?

This is factually not true. Merchan's gag order is still in place and will remain in place until either Merchan removes it or it is overturned by an appellate court. It has nothing to do with any of the non-sense you mentioned.

I keep trying to tell him, but he wants to spiral out. What’s a girl to do?

Are you a lawyer? I am. I also have actual experience in this area of law.

The gag order on Trump from Merchan is no longer enforceable because Merchan no longer has any jurisdiction. All that remains is the sentencing.

All you're saying is what you believe, not the truth.

Key FACTS:
Judge Juan Merchan imposed a gag order in March that bars Trump from speaking publicly about jurors, witnesses, prosecutors and others involved in the case, as well as their family members—which the ex-president has subsequently violated 10 times.

Merchan did not lift the order after the jury announced its verdict on Thursday, and Trump noted Friday in a press conferencehe’s still “under a gag order.”

Legal expert Norm Eisen said on a call with reporters Friday that “risk continues for the witnesses” and jurors in the case, given the threats or harassment they could face as a result of their verdict and testimony, predicting, “I don’t think the judge is going to be quick to remove that gag order.”

It’s unclear how long the gag order could stay in place: Eisen predicted it would not remain permanently, and retired New York state Judge Michael Obus told reporters he doesn’t believe the gag order will last past Trump’s sentencing on July 11, as at that point, “the case would be over.”
Trump suggested Friday he could try to fight the gag order if it stays in place for much longer, saying, “We’ll play that game a little bit longer.”
Even if the gag order is lifted, Obus told reporters Friday it’s likely Merchan would impose a new order that ensures jurors’ identities remain private.
