Monday, April 15th: First Ever Criminal Trial for a Former US President

My apologies then. I was working off of the duck thing.

Oh, the irony.

Your boy is running on a vengeance and retribution platform and he gives zero fucks about the constitution. Or haven’t you noticed. So if you’re counting on trump for a pendulum swing back to civility and constitutional neutrality don’t hold your breath because trump ain’t that guy. And if he gets the presidency somehow cooler heads will not prevail because of his first go round. But yes, hopefully both sides can simmer down and breath a sigh of relief if trump loses, though he’ll shit stir for awhile.
The only vengeance and retribution platform in the US is the one run by Democrats that started in 2016 against Donald Trump. The left is always about projection. That is painting their opponents with their sins and conspiracies.

Btw, the judge was randomly picked not handpicked as you suggest.
What are the odds he would get the current NY v Trump case, the tax case against the Trump Organization in 2022, and the coming Steve Bannon case, if the cases were assigned randomly from a group of 171 NY judges? This question is but one that is presently before the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct and the Office of the Inspector General of the New York State Unified Court System regarding Judge Merchan.

Not a word of your drivel contests the facts of the case.

Fact: Trump committed fraud to prevent the Stormy Daniels story from coming out before the election.

Fact: The 2016 Trump campaign was promoted by fraudulent means.

Fact: The Trump campaign cheated by illegal means in a close election.

None of this matters to you because you are as dishonest as Donald Trump but you don’t consider it a problem to cheat the American people in pursuit of your self-interests.

You’re a fraud.
No Alex, you are the fraud. I contested the illegal actions of the judge, the reasons why he should have recused himself, and the possible appeals that can be made in Trump's defense, in post # 1599. You didn't read it, and or didn't understand it, or you were just ideologically blind to the concepts involved. You're crippled by hate and ignorance as id most of the left.

There is no evidence supporting that accusation. The "question" is political theater meant for people such as yourself.

You’re doing the classic thing of pounding the law when the facts aren’t in your favor.

You still won’t recognize that Russia helped Trump in the 2016 elections regardless of the facts simply because there was no criminal prosecution. You’re a fraud. You spin narratives rather than being objective.

Merchan is making decisions based on NY law which in this case has precedent under NY statute. What makes this case unique is the use of federal statutory violations to commit an additional crime.
Yes but he made decisions on the prosecution that linked a federal crime without any authority to do so.

What facts aren't in my favor?

Actually, they helped Hillary. Russians contributed to the Steele Report used to undermine Trump's presidency. And the Russian wife of the Mayor of Moscow gave Hunter Biden 3 million dollars, why? We know why. If Russia helped Trump which they didn't in any meaningful way, it came unsolicited.

Unsolicited? 🤣

“…Russia, if you’re listening….” Trump’s own words. His own fucking words. Sit an spin, loser.

Go back and read what that referred to. It had nothing to do with helping him get elected. It was a joke about retrieving the classified emails she, destroyed. You idiot.

Bullshit. Roger Stone may have been pardoned but that doesn’t diminish the fact that he was in contact with Russian operatives and with Wikileaks. While we’re at it, who paid Trump’s campaign manager Paul Manafort - a Russian asset in Ukraine while he worked for the Trump campaign?

None of which had any positive outcome on Trump's election. Nobody in Russia or China gave Trump 3 million dollars.
