T found guilty on all accounts

Lol, more of your fantasy bullshit where you think you're in charge of something.

I've said it before and I'll say it as often as necessary, I stand for the law. This is something most people do not do. They scoff at the law when they roll stop signs, take illegal drugs, con everyone as much as they can get away with, and, worst of all, lie about all of the above.

Right and wrong are the only 2 aspects the law. The most basic principle of the law is to promote what is right while correcting wrongs.

This verdict is a travesty. Eventually it will be set right. And you will cry and make more meaningless statements of self aggrandizing false superiority which will only prove that you're a nothing masquerading as a piece of shit and thinking you've come up in the world.

What's a travesty is that you support a conman criminal.

Trump falsified business records trying to influence the election. That is a crime. He has been convicted of it.

It will likely not be overturned. And when it's not, will you declare America to be a shithole - just like Trump and Don Jr? Will you forever be disillusioned because the law was applied to Trump?

Fuck that shit. All of it.

I stand for the law. How fucking difficult is it for you to see beyond your HATRED OF ALL THINGS INCLUDING YOURSELF to understand that?

Again, it is likely that the appellate court will rule against Trump.

What will you do if that happens? Go apeshit? Call America a shithole? Leave?

THIS!
This is why I don't respect you. Don't buy one bit that you are a lawyer or a fair arbiter. This whole post is a lie that you continually claim for yourself to have some form of standing but the truth is that if you were a good and decent lawyer then you would come here and tell ican't and the other knowless rap crew that many of their ramblings are wrong. You don't do that. You NEVER do that. You feel that your limited knowledge of the law is better put to use waiting for one of the female members to post and then for you to reply. If you cared about the law then you would support the gag order that protects the judge, his daughter, and the minimally paid jurors who gave their time to do their civic duty and promote democracy. Ya didn't. You come here to support the established elites. GFY.

When you falsely edit the words of others, you forge lies about yourself.
When you post lies and opinions as facts, you are at your harpiest. My money is on you to spiral the most. I can smell the anxiety induced sweating from here.

In the end the SCOTUS will have no choice but to hear this case regardless of what the appellate court decides. And it will have to do so before November.

Why? Because this verdict sets up a Constitutional crisis whereby a former President may be sitting in a state jail when he is elected to the highest office in the nation. An office which would allow him to mobilize the National Guard to break him out of that jail while at the same time be subject to the 25th Amendment as being incapable of administering the duties of The Office of the President of the United States. The question becomes; at that point is he or is he not the President? If he is, then the conviction is treason. If he is not, then who is? Presidential succession cannot happen if there is no President to succeed because Trump would be the one elected, not his running mate.

It further implicates the concept of Federalism where the SCOTUS deemed that the States do not have the power to imperil the Federal Government by actions which directly affect the Federal government. Imprisoning Trump does that.

So go ahead and gloat over you moment in the sun, you got him. Enjoy the warmth of that pyrrhic victory, it will be short lived.

I have stated no lies. I also am not the one gloating over the verdict while ignoring the ultimate cost of this conviction.

Okay great, that's what you think will happen.

It may. Or it may not. Instead of relying on what you think will happen (considering you were sure he'd not be convicted, weight your predictions accordingly), the question was: what will you do if his conviction is upheld?

Yesterday Trump raised 34 million dollars after the verdict was announced. A major Trump donation website crashed due to being overwhelmed by traffic. So this travesty of justice may not have the effect the Marxist left thought it would.

Love, we knew folks would throw more their hard earned money at this moron. No one is surprised.

The same as you will do if it's overturned. Nothing. Do not mistake your moment in the sun as anything more than it is.

You don't understand that your much sought after and now beloved verdict just elected a convicted felon to our most prestigious office.

How's them bananas?

The instant polls are more interesting to look at. Trump 56%, Biden 38% as of yesterday afternoon after the verdict was read. America has thrown it's weight behind Trump because they see the verdict as wrong.

Given your reaction over the last 12 hours I'm not inclined to believe you are being honest with yourself or me.

I do not, and have never, cared what you or anyone else thinks of me.

I stand for the law. A position which frequently puts me at odds with almost everyone since it often conflicts with their self interests.

You hate. You transfer that hatred onto everyone you can as long as you perceive a benefit for yourself. Your behavior here is just one more example of that lifelong conduct on your part.

Great! But can any of that 34m be transferred into his commissary fund? Brotha may be in need of some sun tan lotion.

No it didn’t. The trial process was severely flawed. Many reversible errors though-out the trial. Blaring due process violations. The judge steered the jury to the only conclusion the jury could understand. The judge was anything but a neutral arbiter of justice. Any judge worthwhile of the black robe would have supported and even encouraged the defense to provide witness testimony, especially a witness who could demonstrate the correct application of the law and rebuke flawed allegations by the prosecution concerning campaign finance abuses.
We still don't know which crime the jury convicted him of. He said they could take their pick and they didn't have to be unanimous on which one it was. As Andy McCarthy stated, the jury instruction was an aberration: “This is anything but standard. It’s the antithesis of standard,” McCarthy said. “The idea that they do not have to agree on what the other crime is. We spent six weeks wondering what is the other crime and at the end the thud we all get hit with, there’s three or four of ’em and you could pick one or the other and they don’t have to agree on it.”

Not to quote myself, but....

Suuuuuuure.

Dude. 😄

A gag order only lasts for the trial. Now that there's a verdict the gag order is automatically dissolved.
This is false. The gag order has not been lifted. Furthermore, Judge Chutkan‘s gag order is still in place.

I love the fact that Trump’s repeated violations of Merchan’s gag order can be considered in sentencing.

I also notice that every time I'm right and you're wrong in these situations, you're not very forthcoming with the mea culpas. Mostly you just go radio silent until you think everyone has forgotten about you and what you say.

Which is probably what you'll do when this verdict is overturned. You can mollify yourself all you want with denials but you don't KNOW that the verdict will stand while I'm fairly confident it won't.

Merchan's gag order is gone. That Chutkan's order is still in place is irrelevant to Merchan's.
