That's because I'm as old as dirt, and I watched way too much TV in the 70s. I assume you learned about it in History class.

We went from Evil Dead II to Maximum Overdrive. That was the only Stephen King adaptation - it was based on a short story of his called Trucks - that King himself directed. He was so blitzed out of his mind that he barely remembers the experience.

It’s a fun movie. Killer machines and a soundtrack from AC/DC. It’s very eighties.

And I love the Evil Dead franchise. It’s all about Brice Campbell!

I know maximum overdrive!!!! I know the short story version too. Not a bad flick. I couldn’t get into the evil dead though

Do you have a favorite horror movie? I can’t pick just one. I think it depends on my mood. I like the schlocky classics like Vincent Price’s House on Haunted Hill, or sci-fi horror like Alien. Yeah, it depends on my mood. I think Thirteen Ghosts is my guilty pleasure horror movie. Mathew Lillard is great in that.
