Also, I had a professor in college who was trying to find funding for a Walpurgis Nacht opera/musical he’d written. He’d sometimes perform snippets in class. That was a good class. Don’t think he ever got it produced though

With deepest apologies to Brian Johnson - We were listening to the radio on the car ride home from church when AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" came on. About 30 seconds in, my son asks why the singer sounds like Donald Duck, and now I can't unhear it.

It was one of the better classes I took in college. A Faust seminar. We just read like 6 versions of the myth. Can’t wait to see The Master and Margarita movie!

The Master and Margarita is one of my favorite novels. I re-read it every couple years and every time I find something new that I'd missed before.
