It occurs to me that there doesn't seem to be any post dedicated to new or interesting entrée or snack accompaniments. But the world is so much livelier than just ketchup.
I used to be into hot sauces but recently re-discovered fried chili oils. They improve any non-spicy savory dish by 200%. Throw some into a bowl of mashed potatoes or noodles, and you've just turned a bland bowl into a flavor bomb.
What other condiments, sauces, etc. have you found to be new or interesting, and what do you pair them with?
