Good idea to nap when you feel like it as you recover. Moving your med times like that isn't a problem.Wow. That mid-morning nap is calling my name, loudly.
Executive decision: move up next med by 15 min and hit that nap!!
@B2fromA2looking4U and @Noor Hope you're both hanging in there with your recoveries, too!!![]()
for you both.
@Sincity09 Glad to help w/ the CtoF when I remember. Handy online conversion site. Beats the formula for "getting close": multiply by 2 then add 32 when going C to F.
Up... and now down... like the slowest moving rollercoaster ever.![]()
Just be careful if you're also having ice cream. Try not to drink tea at the same time. The tannins in tea can precipitate out calcium in the ice cream and lead to kidney stones in those who are susceptible. You don't need that on top of what you're already going through!I set timers for the meds.. I found tea works on clotting.
Thank you.
Thats a good one..
Sorry you didn't have a good time. I totally get "not leaving the house" days. Sometimes I just want to be a hermit. Rainy here, too. 🌧 Windy and cold. The outing was kinda meh. Some days, it's better that I not leave the house. Or, barring that, better that I not interact with people. It was just kind of a non-starter event.
Still soggy outside. That doesn't help.
since the instructions said 1000mg every 8 hrs, I've been taking 500mg every 4 hrs. Figured moving up by 15 min during the day or 1-2 hours at night would be okay. It's not like Tylenol is "time release", so this actually gives better coverage during daytime hours IMO.Good idea to nap when you feel like it as you recover. We're 30° colder here...Sunny and 80 here. High if 83
Bummer! Is it just a time-out or permanent?By the way...

Victoria Day celebrations kicking off?Holy COw there are tons of FIreworks going off it sounds like World War 3 outside..
Hi, NB!Greetings and Salutations everyone!
I totally LOVE naps! However, in my old age, they're kryptonite for my nighttime sleep.Taking things easy and slow today.
Looking forward to when that means something other than no heavy lifting and a nap.
Although I do admit to loving a good nap!!
Bring it!![]()
Did you have fun?
Boars just hanging out!
What are you reading, RJ?Good Evening everyone
I hope you're evening is better than what I've been reading...
Yes exactly.. Are you Canadian?Victoria Day celebrations kicking off?
Hey how are you?Hi, NB!
Just everyone's comments, nothing to worry aboutWhat are you reading, RJ?
I have to watch the clock. Any naps that start too much after 2pm can keep me up later than desired and negatively impact if I have to be up early for work the next day.I totally LOVE naps! However, in my old age, they're kryptonite for my nighttime sleep.![]()
I'm not, but there are many on this site. I heard the long weekend mentioned. It made me wonder - and Google confirmed. We have some minor, local celebrations all throughout the summer that involve fireworks to one degree or another. Plus a couple national ones. I always feel bad for the pet owners and anyone who has difficulty with loud noises.Yes exactly.. Are you Canadian?
Goodnight sleep well!I have to watch the clock. Any naps that start too much after 2pm can keep me up later than desired and negatively impact if I have to be up early for work the next day.
On that note, I'm winding down for the night.
Hope everyone has Sweet Dreams![]()

Pretty but I prefer them from a distance or on a screen w/ the sound off.
