Monday, April 15th: First Ever Criminal Trial for a Former US President

For you, it’s not a lie— you just don’t know any different because of a clearly lacking education. But since yours is the party of no education, it makes sense.

Look out, don’t burn those hash browns!
Perhaps you and private fuckup should retake 4th grade remedial English comp.

Was that a thing when you were in “school?”

Did you go to school? That why your party hates education so much?

Ding.. hash browns are ready. Busier on a Friday always aren’t you?

More irrelevant bile. Come back when you have something credible and of value to add to a conversation. You suck at the * bro cavalry role *.

So you didn’t go to school. That why you have so much trouble posting here? So many issues with the “platform”?

Ding- hash browns.

Oh did you tell your buddy where you put the truck? Was your visit to VA nice?

Literotica wasn't on my syllabus nor was troubleshooting a porn site platform. You're comical.

Why do you always lie or make shit up? I never accused the jury of lacking objectivity. What I wrote was that having lawyers on the jury they could instruct correctly the law and explain this convoluted scam of a trial, help jurors separate salacious and irrelevant testimony from the real relevant facts of the case.
Seems I'm a day late and a penny short in handing you your ass back over this...can I have your pretzel dough recipe?

The search for a crime continues.

The Trump trial and 2016 election truthers
————
What Bragg did
was to charge Trump with falsifying business records “with intent to commit another crime.” The problem was that Bragg did not specify that other crime, although his prosecutors gave the judge “theories” about what they called Trump’s 2016 “election interference.” By the time of opening statements last month, prosecutors still had not settled on a specific secondary crime, but they had developed a full-blown conspiracy theory about the 2016 election. And it’s not some sort of narrative that critics characterize as a conspiracy theory — it’s a real conspiracy theory.

—————

It’s worth noting that for all Colangelo’s talk, Trump is not charged with conspiracy. He is not charged with corrupting the election, whatever that might mean. As former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy wrote: “Alvin Bragg … is trying to hoodwink the jury into believing that (a) it is a crime for a candidate for public office to conspire with others to suppress politically damaging information, and (b) that Donald Trump was charged with such a conspiracy in the indictment that has resulted in the ongoing trial. In point of fact, there is no such information-suppression conspiracy crime in the law and the indictment against Trump does not charge a conspiracy.” And yet that phantom accusation is the basis for elevating Trump’s alleged misdemeanors into a charge that could imprison him for the rest of his life.

I see the usual perverts finally arrived at the trial to support Donnie Shitzhizpants.

Yes, that’s the question the prosecution hasn’t answered. We don’t know what the crime is that Trump allegedly attempted to commit or cover up.
If you don't know you either haven't been paying enough attention or you have a comprehension deficit. Read the indictment if you have questions on what laws were broken. Saying a thing is not a thing doesn't make it any less than it is.

So what is the crime Trump is supposedly covering up? Should be easy to explain in a sentence or two.

Right. Something that complicated can be explained in a sentence or two? Ain't gunna' happen. Only those with Attention Deficit Disorder require complicated things to be distilled to a sentence or two. Bedsides, I am not a lawyer nor claim any particular expertise in the law.

I will however supply a link to the indictment for your reading pleasure. With a bit of time and reading it should answer your question. If you have problems comprehending a portion, please come back and ask for help. I'm sure someone here will be willing to do so.

So you can't say what crime. Even after you're read the indictment, you still can't say what crime. Got it.

No crime specified in your source and in fact it states nothing illegal happened.

Thanks for proving Trump's innocence. 😃

You’d have to wonder that since that’s such a big issue why haven’t Trump’s attorneys addressed that.

It's an INDICTMENT, as in: "a formal written statement framed by a prosecuting authority and found by a jury (such as a grand jury) charging a person with an offense" (From merriam-wberster.com)

It specifies the charges lodged against the donald. As I said, if you have a comprehension problem I'm sure someone here can help you.

Translation: an accusation of a crime, but in this case where no crime is actually specified.

"You are accused of a crime!"
"What specific crime?"
"Here's the definition of what a crime is!"

🤣
