Hopefully after November, if Trump is elected for a second term, is when the lawfare participants are going to FO about election interference.

Disgraceful behaviour, hope they all paid their own expenses but somehow doubt it.GOP senators are going to the trial and sitting behind the sleazy Donald Trump to support their candidate and maybe be taken as his vice president so that Trump can send a mob to kill them.

How does never sound to you? He never takes the stand. He says he will, which is all his idiot supporters need to hear, but he'll never take the stand. So when does the wanna be POTUS take the stand?

Only he can turn this around. He needs to show his love for his dear wife! Maybe get her into court to shed a few tears!
Luckily, once SCrOTUS issues its verdict (bench legislation), we now have nothing to stop the trial for the Insurrection!! Thanks in part to ‘rump’s loose cannon! Genius!!
They do have time to get her off that case !!
you layout lots of things, most don't follow the known laws of physics.l laid it out for you. Other legal experts have laid it out for you. None of what you want to believe is true whether it's the Trump trials, DEI, transgenderism, Covid, and even the Russian collusion hoax. In fact, everything you've touted over the past few years has begun to fall apart.
Meanwhile you keep doubling down on the losing strategy and thinking it's a winner. It must really suck to be you.
In a ruling related to the ongoing criminal trial, a panel of New York appellate judges has denied Donald Trump's challenge to the limited gag order in the case.
In April, Trump filed an Article 78 petition to challenge the constitutionality of the limited gag order, which prevents public statements about witnesses, jurors, lawyers in the case other than Alvin Bragg.
Trump argued that the limited gag order overstepped on his First Amendment rights.
In their ruling today, the appellate judges acknowledged that while Trump does not surrender his First Amendment rights once he enters the courtroom, those rights "may be subordinated" by the issues that arise during the trial.

that'll make wrongway and arpy's day......lol

All prosecution is selective prosecutionCNN’s Fareed Zakaria Doubts NY Case Against Trump Would Have Been Brought Against Anyone Else

CNN host Fareed Zakaria said he doubts the hush-money case brought against former President Donald Trump in New York would have been levied against anyone else.
Republicans “seem to be uniting behind Trump” as he faces multiple prosecutions while seeking another term in the White House and “whatever opposition he faced in the primaries has largely melted away,” Zakaria said on “GPS,” his Sunday morning show that airs on CNN.
“And the trials against him keep him in the spotlight, infuriate his base who sees him as a martyr, and even may serve to make him the object of some sympathy among people in general who believed that his prosecutors are politically motivated,” Zakaria added.
“This happens to be true in my opinion,” Zakaria continued. “I doubt the New York indictment would have been brought against a defendant whose name was not Donald Trump. A majority of Americans are skeptical that Trump will be able to get a fair trial, according to a CNN poll.”

Nope. I simply asked what your reason was, because I'm curious why you think he needs to justify being aware of or citing any particular source of information.Am I required to provide you with some PowerPoint on reasons for my questions?
And I'm curious as to what that is. You're not obligated to answer, just like everyone else here, but that doesn't mean the question can't be asked.I might.

I don't. I read the news and saw this.
