Biden agrees that Hamas needs to be eradicated and Hamas is in Rafa but he doesn’t want Israel to take the fight to where the action is, to where the bulk of Hamas fighters are located. HALFASS measures, typical Biden foreign policy. He based his decision on political expediency and pandering to his leftist base rather than agree to terminate the problem by terminating the Hamas threat.
