All are charges which cannot be proven against Donald Trump himself. The phony law being used is already beyond the statute of limitations and requires proof that Donald Trump "himself" created these falsifications or personally ordered them to be falsified. So far there is ZERO evidence he did so. ZERO. The NDA he entered into with Stormy Daniels was completely legal and does not violate the federal election statute Bragg is trying to bootstrap his unfounded misdemeanor on. The case is bullshit, moron.

There has been no evidence brought forth proving Trump personally engaged in forging his company records or personally ordered an employee to do so, which is required by the law in question in order to convict Trump of a misdemeanor. A grand jury made up of the citizens of New York City saw evidence fit to indict Trump. They certainly could’ve told Bragg then to take a hike. They didn’t. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could come here and claim trump’s fidelity to his wife is reason enough for his innocence rather than to call this trial a witch hunt?

Well, the crime is election interference and the victim are the US citizens. Of course trump knew he was reimbursing Cohen for paying off Stormy. If Bragg has no authority to bring it it would be kicked before now.

Name the NY Law in question. Name the victim. Bragg has no authority to prosecute a federal election statute. You don't get it. The purpose of this trial is to keep Trump off the campaign trail. The judge is a left-wing political hack. The primary witness is an adjudicated perjurer. The prosecutor is a Trump-hating Marxist just like Trump-hating AG James and DA Willis. NYC is 95% Democratic.

While not as commonly prosecuted as Forgery, Grand Larceny or Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, Falsifying Business Records in the First and Second Degrees, New York Penal Law sections 175.10 and 175.05 respectively, are extremely serious offenses.
