No I really think she is. I've got pru leith recipe books and I find nigellas better they both talk really nicely too.

I agree. All their recipes are tried and tested and work. So many recipes out there are just made up without testing them

Interesting fact.

You can't copyright a recipe. What you copyright is how the recipe is put together, plagiarism basically. Because recipes form a level of scientific knowledge and it's the only way to make a certain thing you can't claim it as your own.
