I don't mind them at all, but the problem is that it sends my dog into a state of near nervous collapse. All we can then is to put him in the car, it seems to be the only place he feels safe.

My dog is the same with any unexpected loud noises. I have a pouch for her I can wear. I put her in it; she's next to my heart and calms down.

I don't like moving, either. Moving when I was a kid meant purging. IDK what I would do if I had to move now. I'm (slowly) trying to do Swedish Death Cleaning so my kids don't have to do it!
