Also, Tuesday and Wednesday we had one of our two-day dinners: black bean and black-eye bean and chorizo soup, with sourdough bread for dipping. And the second-day soup is always nicer than the first-day, all the spices and flavours have just seasoned in overnight and it all comes together.

When you make a spicy soup with a fuckton of chili and other stuff in it, it just tastes even nicer after being refrigerated then warmed up again.
