The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

I don’t usually repost memes from the internet but laughed when I got this from my sister in law. I suspect some of us here can relate to this one and get a chuckle or two from it.

No! No! No! Not there yet!!! I REFUSE!!!

I was looking at Hunks of the 70s & 80s. So many have not aged well..

I picked out a couple who seem to have maintained their looks:
John Schneider
Keanu Reeves
James Brolin
Bill Goldberg

I'll be over! I love salmon! ❤️
There is a thread called salt and Lavender where she shares recipes. She posted a Tuscan salmon dish that looked yummy.... I like her recipes because it's not a bunch of weird stuff you have to go looking for at the grocery store. But be warned she believes in sugar cream butter.. so basically she likes all the good stuff

My lasagna is *chefs kiss* or at least I think so
I have never made lasagna. Only heated up trays of store bought. By using a foil tray the terrible cleanup is eliminated and the eating can be celebrated. What wine do you like to pair up with?

I am not a wine drinker. I get intimidated by the choices

I 7se foil pans too. Since I live alone I buy the small ones with lids and make multiple to share or freeze....think 2 servings per container

So question it says Allah's fave I am going to assume you have some dietary restrictions?

No, that's schtick. I believe in Something, and Allah eliminates questions. It also gives my online buddies something to goof on. My dietary restriction is my waistline.

my father would turn over in his grave if he knew I made an abomination called “vegetarian lasagna.”

But I make a huge pan of it for Christmas. Everyone loves it. Homemade gravy (that’s marinara sauce for non-NJ Italians). It’s a Christmas tradition for us.

The other thing I only eat on Christmas is Pork Roll. It’s a jersey (and eastern PA) thing.

That pork roll looks good. I add veggies to my lasagna sometimes..... but I am a carnivore!!
