Endless Ends

Whoa! The alien chicks, who are being all nice, aren’t really nice. They’re calling the children . . . rations. 😲

Ack! They’re going to eat the boys' brains raw.

Where is the tusky turtle when you need him? 😬

Omg. Guiron can manifest throwing stars from a compartment in his knife head. 🤣

*dying*

The Sceeeeeeeene! Finally.

Turtle does the bar.

I can die happy. :p

Wow. I honestly do not know what to make of this movie.

@hotwords229_A!! 🤣

This must have been meant as a kid’s movie? A gory, dismembering, blood spattered kid’s movie, but still.

I feel like a need some kind of mental palette cleanser. 😂

*tries to think zen*

I honestly can’t get through the Gamera movies of the 1960s, but, apparently, the ‘90s ones are some of the best! Or so I’ve been told. 🤷‍♂️

What is it with muscle groups that are hard to activate?

I always have a problem with pecs - triceps want to take over. And my lower abdominals. I just never feel them working.

I was going to hashtag: frustrating things about my body, but -

#toolong

:p

You could always PM photos to hotwords and me to get our appraisals and suggestions to help you . . .
Huh. I am now wondering if they would respond to a firm voice. 🤔

Which, in my brain, segues to waaaaaaay back, when I first joined Lit on the BDSM board. It seems a Fitness Dom used to habitat the board. Slightly before my time, but -

Where are people when you need them. :p

I think that might have been innuendo! 🤣

Today I tried a FYND product!

It's an alternative protein source (fungi) found during a NASA funded study on life in extreme environments. (Geothermal springs at Yellowstone.) I won't bore you with the details, but if anyone is interested - Link.

FYND breakfast sausage.

No cholesterol (obvs), 50% more protein, less than half the calories, and - it tastes just like breakfast sausage. Cost is a smidge more, but comparable. AND, it's actually sustainable.

The really cool thing is I remember this discovery making the news. Right around the time I was finishing grad school, or slightly after.

I am now on a quest to find the yogurt. :p

Endless, I think I’m becoming elderly
This thread seems to be moving too fast for me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think I'm the elderly one.

You just posted a smokin' hot description of checking over one of the herd. 🕶️

I just posted an enthusiastic description on microbial protein sources. 🤣

It seems Soylent Green had a re-branding

It has not! 🤣

Soylent green was *flesh* while FYND is a meatless protein originating with fungi.

You guys watch too much science fiction.

There's irony in there somewhere.

:p
Sorry but as a longtime Sci-Fi watcher, a correction is necessary. Soylent Green was NOT just flesh . . . the entire body was used in its manufacture.

True. But the protein, ummm, portion of Soylent Green would be associated with the, errr, fleshy parts. 😬

Oh! Oh! Did I mention the FYND is a complete protein? Containing all nine of the essential amino acids?

Why is no-one excited about this but me? 🤣

Au contraire, m'lady . . . partially correct. The following was approved after consultation with Mr. Spock.

What part of the human body has the most protein? Muscles contain about 30 percent protein, the liver 20 to 30 percent, and red blood cells 30 percent. Higher percentages of protein are found in hair, bones, and other organs and tissues with a low water content . . . Most of the proteins in the human body will be found in the physical structures of the body such as the muscles, organs, skin, and skeleton.
