Everything will be likely an organized tour and I’m thinking it’ll probably just be the highlight tour. I made that comment because someone I know told me Vegas is “too hot in early July” - I figured @BrendaD is from there and I guess you are as well would know it to be true or not !!

Well, it doesn't seem too hot in July to me, but I live here. The end of July and into August is pretty hot (112-115), but I just don't do a stuff outside in the afternoons - because it doesn't cool off here, it just keeps getting warmer until the sun goes down.
