Sex & Shenanigans

Carrie. The Omen. The Wicker Man. The doll story in Trilogy of Terror," which you can find on YouTube. The Legend of Hell House. Assault on Precinct 13 isn't horror, technically, but it might as well be a zombie flick.

Off the top of my head. I'll get you some more.

Almost all have been remade. Do not watch the remakes.
I've seen Carrie, The Omen and Rosemary's Baby.

I saw Nicholas Cage's The Wicker Man, lol...

Thank you for your suggestions. 🙂

Im not really a big fan of 70’s horror in general but Black Christmas is maybe the first “slasher” flick and it’s not exploitative unlike any of the ones that followed and far better than most of the 80’s slasher’s IMHO.

The Japanese movie House (Hausa) is fantastically bonkers.
*adds to list for my October Scary Movie a Night*

I really like the original “Carrie”. I like “The Shinning”, but it is unsettling. I love “Christine”. I love “The Car” even though I think it isn’t good… I love it anyway. 🤣🤣🤣

I hated the Wicker Man… and have seen both The Omen and Rosemary’s Baby, but don’t actually remember them. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Oh wait! I have one I like…. “Scary Movie”. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hopefully you fuckers are being as naughty as a Friday deserves.

If it helps… what is something naughty you would like to do today?

tell us… describe it… take pleasure in the happening of it…

Then make it happen.
@Taegul this is what we should be talking about. Thoughts?

I need to watch some good 70's stuff. Recommendations welcome.

I'm not a slasher fan. Unless it is Sam Raimi or Wes Craven. Then, slash away I say!
Not from the 70’s but 1981 is pretty close, and definitely has some aesthetic carryover, if you’ve never seen this movie about a women being driven mad by men (you know amongst other things) , I’d recommend. IMG_2508.jpeg

Do not base anything on Nic's version. The original is fantastic, and Christopher Lee is so brilliant.

Jaws is a given, but Duel, which Spielberg did first, as a TV movie, is amazeballs. Alien, which most people know.

Oh, the 1978 remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers refutes the "no good remakes" theory. There are, they are just rare. This one is brilliant.

Exorcist, but most people know it. Susperia is a weird, bloody, and even more weird Italian film. See the original. The Changeling, which is 1980, but I am adding it anyway, is a frightening, gore free horror film with George C Scott turning in a fantastic performance.

I can probably think of more when I get home. Or you can come up and dig through my collection if you like.

Christopher Lee? Sounds good already.

Seen Jaws, heard of the original Susperia... will watch. The Changeling sounds familiar too.

Thank you! ♥️
