One of my best friends growing up was the daughter of a banker.

He made her eat something she didn't like and she regurgitated it.

He made her eat the puke. She never pulled that stunt again. She grew up fine.
Vegetables do a body good.

They just prove that the Left has increasingly become even more anti-free speech than they are anti-gun.

They may be rethinking that being armed thing...

Doing fine-- Spring is here, and it's planting season for us off-gridders in the aboriginal areas of Arizona. My partner and I will be transplanting seedlings all day. Good wildflower display this year due to the winter rains. Good music lately on the nearby rez.

Meanwhile, here in Wat's virtual civil war fantasy camp, the ammosexuals continue to glorify violence and obsess about their fears. What a way to spend a life!

We see a few of their type out where I live, because they move out of the suburbs to do parcel splits for their pathetic "ranchette" compounds. Then they spend most of their time on line while the weeds take over the scraped-bare land around their ticky-tacky manufactured houses and surplus storage containers.

We mostly hear about them when the sheriff's office gets called out to cite for target shooting within a quarter mile of another 3-acre parcel in their wildcat subdivision ghettos.

They put up fences and signs EVERYWHERE in these ghettos and treat the Natives like crap. Then they get into some sort of domestic violence situation and have to sell out. I've seen so many of these trashy people come and go during the past 35 years.

I think after being shot all those times and surviving she needs a medal rather than criticism.

My only point in so saying was that if she had emptied the cylinder, she might not have gotten shot, and he might have gotten on with the bidness of dyin' a bit sooner, sparing her the injury. I'm all for her having a medal.

I agree but most people don't train properly so I will forgive them for not following up under the circumstances as long as they get the job done in the end.

Plus she only had a revolver and was in handcuffs so I think she deserves some slack for keeping a few rounds in the cylinder. You never know when a coyote might need some discouragement.

Yeah, there was that, the cuffs.


Most people don't train at all, or if they do, don't do it enough. I liked it when I lived Out West and could come home from work, wander out the back door with whatever and bust a few caps. At that, she landed two rounds center mass and he did kick it. I just wish she hadn't gotten hurt.
 
I have just never understood "crime" or the criminal mindset. Theft, drugs, whatever.

I agree, for the most part. It's still possible to get the shaft. It also helps to learn how to manage a dollar.


Competence, attention to details, and situational awareness go a long way to assist a basic work ethic.


It's the ethic that seems missing so often.
