Depends what u want to do really, I live in Glasgow and would always recommend my city 1st, there's a hell of a lot to do. Edinburgh is a tourist trap but it's a lovely city and again there's a lot to do. If you want pretty countryside the Isle of Skye and the west coast can't be beaten.

My father was born & raised in Scotland. From "Perth" before relocating to the USA, so I'm half Scottish.

A quiet escape for holidays or a residential recommendation. I loved Edinburgh because it was so clean but I've already been there thrice. I think I'll look into the Isle of Skye

Skye is heavenly, truly spectacular esp if you've a love of walking. There's no metropolis, no 24hr stores and take aways, just beautiful countryside xx

So my mom just casually told me about this girl who was on the news cause she went out on a date at the city centre. Apparently, whilst on said date, she told the guy her woes about not being able to afford a washing machine. Unbeknownst to her, said guy was a millionaire and long story short, he ended up sending her a new machine with her flowers the next day.

I think my mom just told me to go out and find myself a millionaire 0_0

Well it's up to you if ur doing the catch your own food and cook it on a campfire but there's some lovely hotels and air b&b's, restaurants etc

I'm no in Skye but id be happy tae cook, ahm a dab hand

Been very up and down, medical stuff, mental stuff, tings like that, took me longer than I wanted to get back on an even keel, but I do now have things like an adhd diagnosis and some pics from my mri scan

I am pretty sure this isn’t the case (I assume I would know)… but the idea of having some scan done and overhearing one technician asking another “what the hell is that???” And the other reply “a buttplug, in too far”

i better make sure the neighbours will be willing to sell their food

also, mister dab hand, did you make the haggis? I miss those, I liked them with poached eggs. The company I used to work for had a cook who made it for us from time to time
