Yes yes yes yes yes! That's why I want the mirror extension *nod nod*
I'm doing it in the shower though. Traditional shaving, it's not like all the hair I want out is on the skin area and a trimmer is a bit difficult to maneuver between the folds...Yes yes yes yes yes! That's why I want the mirror extension *nod nod*
That's kinda why I want the magnifier for the mirror attachment, for plucking those bits... at least the parts I can reach... mind you, this is only for when I have the energyI'm doing it in the shower though. OMG. Do you think my nipples are gonna fall off???Hopefully it was a skin tag or other benign nothing![]()
Well, I'm kind of expected to do that for every Friday...That's kinda why I want the magnifier for the mirror attachment, for plucking those bits... at least the parts I can reach... mind you, this is only for when I have the energy![]()
I had a horrible experience once with a blade... so yea, until I get over that phobia, its plucking for those bitsBut pluck?![]()
I can't even fathom plucking that area... There's a reason why I haven't even tried an epilator. Nor vaxing/sugaring.I had a horrible experience once with a blade... so yea, until I get over that phobia, its plucking for those bits![]()
Thanks. What is this?
It's one of 4 galaxy cocktails apparently, a galaxy lemonade slushieThanks. What is this?
Waxing is actually preferable but it takes too much energy to get to a salon... not to mention moneyI can't even fathom plucking that area... There's a reason why I haven't even tried an epilator. Nor vaxing/sugaring.
Because I swim I need to get waxed but I do it Fridays during my lunch break and it costs the equivalent of €20 or there abouts here in Johannesburg. In Stockholm the same would cost me €45 and I would hate to think what it would cost in the UK.Waxing is actually preferable but it takes too much energy to get to a salon... not to mention money
Well, I'd have the time, but not the money, and it's such a hassle to go anywhere. I've postponed even haircut for quite some time. It's been 2 years since last time.Waxing is actually preferable but it takes too much energy to get to a salon... not to mention money![]()
Or an assistant...My guards are numbered but the trimmer is dying and I can’t really see what I’m doing. I need a new trimmer and a full length mirror.
I also use tweezers or pluck.... Some body hairs.... So I'm not horrified....
And I very much suspect I'd lack the tolerance. Even plucking my eyebrows was horrible in the beginning.
It's between £30-45 for a Hollywood here last I checked. The £30 salon was so painful though, I only went there when there's no availability on my preferred salon cause that one requires booking 2 months in advance.Because I swim I need to get waxed but I do it Fridays during my lunch break and it costs the equivalent of €20 or there abouts here in Johannesburg. I take paracetamol about half an hour before my appointments, it helps a little bit but I still tense up anticipating the pain.I very much suspect I'd lack the tolerance.
Are you volunteeringOr an assistant...![]()
Doesn't it? I love purple drinks, and there's a glow in the dark version apparentlyThis drink looks marvelous![]()
I mean... It's not a hard no.... More like a soft yes....Are you volunteering

If you can survive the first times, that is. I'm oversensitive to pain. My whole nerve system panics. With waxing the more you have it done the easier it becomes, it is just a little discomfort now although the embarrassment seems to get worse with age![]()
I find pain killers are not effective against sharp instantaneous pain. And hotness... Well I guess it helps to open the follicles, but I don't even like hot shower down there.I take paracetamol about half an hour before my appointments, it helps a little bit but I still tense up anticipating the pain.
The fact that the wax is hot helps too, and the really good wax places will put pressure on the immediate area to help with the pain.
I think shaving is far more intimate than waxing, I'd probably only entrust that job with a partnerI mean... It's not a hard no.... More like a soft yes....

It's definitely not for everyone, I've been shaving for a while now, that I'm actually dreading going back for that exact reasonIf you can survive the first times, that is. I'm oversensitive to pain. My whole nerve system panics.
