Sex & Shenanigans

I made burgers tonight and
Broccoli salad because I am fucking healthy and it tastes good when you wash it down with red wine.

Do you put dried cranberries in yours?
I’m not anti cranberry in general, but I don’t put them in my broccoli salad
I just put whatever I have. I almost
never have those cranberries. So regular raisins today and some bacon. Red onion. I think it is all in the dressing really.

It me 😜 I make no apologies for being multiorgasmic and insatiable. Just take it as a compliment that it’s good enough for me to want more, and take care of your heart health 🤣

Also me. Almost 6 years ago, ex-BF / on-again-off-again FWB / best-friend-always probably saved my life with all the sexting, pics, videos, in-game ERP, calls and FaceTime sex

I like american accents

Howdy, y'all.
Lemme have a coiffee.

Have a nice day!
Do…do Brits not wish each other a nice day?

So, the howdy and y'all I use often, though don't think I've ever said them together like that. šŸ¤”

Being Midwestern, I allegedly have one of the most neutral English accents. I'm sure there are a few on here who can confirm, haha. Was once accused if sounding like a mainstream radio DJ. šŸ˜†

Truths
Depends on what part of the Midwest. Minnesota and Wisconsin accents and some Chicago accents are not neutral at alllllll

Those were two separate things.

Yes I insisted on calling you mommy. That didn’t make it weird.

You insisting on nursing me in public is what made it weird.
Hey, nursing is totally natural! Okay, maybe not nursing fully-grown adults in public in this puritanical American society, but still…

Okay, first of all, hashtags are used for stringing multiple keywords together, not single words. There are some multiple word keywords in there that need hashtags and a fuckton that don’t. Second: some of those geek and nerd things apply to me, but I consider myself more of a dork šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Old geek, I. For me, hashes are for either keywords, or topics and groups in IRC. It can concatenate multiple words, but single words work just as well.

That kind of dangerously irrational display of emotion is a dead giveaway that someone's not British. "A nice day" is a suspiciously optimistic phrase reserved for foreigners and asylum patients.

At least, that's this yankee's impression.

The linguist in me (the real one, not the cunning one) is having conniptions at the very idea of "neutral" accents.

I had a friend visit from London. He was so surprised that Americans really did wish one another a nice day, and meant it. "This is the most fucking optimistic country I have ever visited. How do you survive here?"

Grilled cheese and tomato soup? Do you melt the cheese on top, like French onion?

On top of the tomato soup? No… Is that a thing people do?
No. That being said, some freshly-grated Parmesan and/or fresh basil can be good for garnish

Some years back, a co-worker friend said to me that she got invited to a ā€œwhite person’sā€ house for dinner, and they had ā€œbeef Stroganoffā€ and she was confused by this ā€œwhite people foodā€.

I didn’t know that food had a race associated with it until then. But still seemed inherently funny to me at the time.
It’s a Russian dish, so…white Asian food?

Okay, but we can’t see her butt from inside the box. Add another window maybe?
