Thanks Wat!

You’re doing a great job of showing how important it is to keep guns out of the hands of the fringe right-wing groups who could otherwise overthrow democracy.

The first thing they would probably do is round up all of the long list of people they fear monger against and put them before firing squads just as you’re posting about here.

Your anti-gun advocacy is appreciated.

Actually, does it elude you that there are more than two sides to this issue?

I own and have an appreciation for guns for many reasons, but I also believe in the need for many gun control measures.

Any thinking person will have some understanding for the need of some gun control laws. Keep in mind that the 2a does not mention ‘firearms’ - only arms, yet many weapons are reasonably regulated.

Do you believe civilians should have legal access to grenades and grenade launchers? How about vehicle mounted machine guns? Those are rights to bear arms that are infringed. Do you honestly believe those controls are unconstitutional? If not you already have some belief in arms control.
You are an enemy from within deteriorating gun owners rights.

Actually if you get the right permit you absolutely can have a vehicle mounted machine gun. Or any other kind of machine gun. Having a Thompson submachine gun is high on my list if I ever win the lottery.

It's kind of funny that I went to an annual machinegun shoot last year when machine gun owners and enthusiasts show off and then demonstrate their machine guns. No one was injured, no one was shot. How could that be? There were thousands of people in attendance. In fact if you wanted to wait in line and pay for the opportunity spectators could even fire a machine gun. How could it be that no one was shot and no one died?

Actually it was radical left wingers that disregarded law and took over portions of cities declaring them sovereign territory. The ones they didn't take over they looted and burned. Your fear is ill paced.

Now just imagine if everyone could buy a Machine Gun, how safe the US would be.

That would actually be fun. I’ve fired a bump stock with a thirty round mag. Couldn’t hit anything but a crowd with that.
