I enjoy a wide range of music genres, but due to my age most of my listening tends to be 60's and 70's music, and 80's to a lesser degree.

I have a saying as it refers to plants "you better be tough to live in my yard".. I will plant you but you are on your own after that...my neighbor waters every night and fertilizes 2x a week. I am surprised his plants don't melt

For my whole working life, part (most?) of my identity was wrapped in my profession. I resisted retirement even when I knew we would be fine. Now that I have been retired a few years, I would tell you to go for it! I love being retired! Just make sure, if you're in the US, that you have your healthcare sorted if you're not yet eligible for Medicare.

We live in a very doggie neighborhood. Frequently, I can remember the dog's name but have forgotten their person's name. I should do this! I remember them as "Hannah's mommy" or Dustin's daddy!" 😅😅😅
 
Well it’s another beautiful sunny evening and here I am, in a windowless control room staring at hundreds and thousands of blinking, beeping, and flashing lights, blinking and beeping and flashing - they're *flashing* and they're *beeping*. I can't stand it anymore! They're *blinking* and *beeping* and *flashing*! Why doesn't somebody pull the plug!
