ZzzQuil (NyQuil without the cold-fighting ingredients) was very hot or miss for me. Sometimes it worked well and sometimes it just left me groggy and restless all night. Same with lower doses of melatonin, my a couple more mgs seemed to do the trick

For the assignment, I went with vibrating nipple clamps. Yes I have sensitive nipples. Next step is to send the link to someone and let them control them remotely.
