Why So Few Women Here?

No that would only matter to you. At this point, she's a person with ideas, and a point of view, her gender doesn't matter until she decides to make it an issue for discussion.
Lol... That's your entire narrative. You have several threads whining about this.

Women who don't want to have babies and be submissive to men annoy you.

I don't actually have concerns about women in any capacity or position.

Basically, this.

Al Gore in 2000 as well; and I think of how many American soldiers' lives (and Iraqi citizens lives) would have been saved if Gore had been in there and had the wisdom not to start a meaningless and unnecessary war in Iraq. (The justification of which was no more or less equavalent to Putin starting a meaningless and unnecessary war in Ukraine.)

Are you sure Gore would have opposed going into Iraq? The policy of the administration he served in was regime change. The former First Lady voted for the war as a senator.

It's all they have. As if they believe that the cover of a book reveals the quality of the contents.
The book cover matters when you want it to matter, though.

Maybe the issue isn't a "political" question.
Existing as a woman in this country, is political, however. If you were socially treated and assigned for your genitalia's function over being a person, you'd understand that wholeheartedly.

More to the point, if this political forum were female-dominant — and I'm including trans women in that mix — your ass would skeedaddle from this place faster than a vampire running away from a sunshine blue sky in Bermuda.

Note that you brought that up, she didn't.

The right made Taylor Swift a political question. They rely on culture wars as a political discussion
It's the left who want to bring her following of young women into their fold. The right only wants to watch football.

Yes, you demonstrate precisely what I said fairly well.

Thanks for the confirmation.

Most political figures enjoy allies that have a lot of reach. That's not an ideological different concept.

Yes, I brought up your previous behavior from this forum and that you don't like certain types of women that fit into your requirements. And then I also brought up that I'm cool with women no matter how they approach life.

You have no idea what I like. Are there any kind of women you don't like? Would you associate with every kind of woman, marry any kind of woman, sleep with any kind of woman, date any kind of woman? If the answer is yes you're a hard-up soy-boy with zero nexus to real masculinity.

Of course I have an idea. You've actually created multiple threads about women you believe are ruining our country.

What does that have to do with whether you'd date or sleep with them? Is that your criteria for liking them?

Oh .... Right it is

It's not what I "think."

You cried about name calling while name calling.
You mean because I referred to the person who lose elections as losers? In contests between two individuals or teams, the one that wins is referred to as the winner and the one that loses is referred to as the winner. Hillary was the loser in 2016. Trump was the winner that year. In 2020 Trump was the loser and Biden was the winner. That’s not the same thing as what Rory and others on the left do on this board. Lacking informed facts and logic, they get mad and resort to calling people names, like “idiot.”

Right like Trump has dictators and autocrats, etc….and Ted Nugent. And Scott Baio.

Convince me otherwise 😉

Wow y’all do bicker and fuss a bunch though. Usually when I get online (esp here) I’m trying to get away from all that because it’s a bit like my kids’ incessant petty squabbles. Maybe that’s part of it for other women?

I fucking love politics and love talking about it, debating, and civil discourse in general. I’m a flaming progressive and I choose to live in a very red rural area to keep the conversation (and the real human connection and community) alive. But I don’t shy away from any topic and esp politics conversations with them. I was raised in a very smart and very country family and had a bunch of brothers. As the only girl and the baby I had to hold my own and usually won. I wish the politics convo here was a little more like that, passionate and honest and real - and funny, and quirky, and human.

Sociologists tell us that communities with significant gender imbalance reflect particular traits and patterns. The American West of the 1800s, fraternities, prisons, and the military are most often the setting for these analyses.

That’s the cultural context I am situated in, as I observe this forum with curiosity.
