I have made similar style nipple jewellery for my Wife, have sold a few sets but mostly gave them away.

I do adore a set of dressed breasts/nipples.
 
They do look quite exquisite and fun. For those at home with no partner, a metal grill brush (or replacement head) can be used to give the nips quite a treat (alcohol application optional). Place nipple between index and middle finger and scrub the brush across entire nipple or just the tip. Taut, erect, perky nips will result.
