The test was developed as a quick screen, which could be given by a GP in his office. A person who has mild cognitive issues can pass this test. However if you fail it, this normally indicates a major congestive issue manifesting, such as Alzheimer's etc and the need for immediate and urgent intervention.

There weren't any calls to take the test, most people at the time didn’t even know what the MoCa was. It was just that in the media people were commenting on how dumb and clueless he sounded and we all know the snowflake in chief can't stand being mocked and ridiculed, no.
