i think you need to provide some details for your argument. Other than swatting his hand away, I don’t ever recall Melanie saying or doing anything that would remotely be considered “standing up to Trump publicly” . Not that she would be required to do that.
We do know that, as FL, she wore that jacket and plagiarized a speech. Not to mention that she lied on her citizenship application.

Most recently, she did a welcome speech for immigrants getting their citizenship--and they weren't all Norwegians, the only immigrants Trump wants to have. Beyond that I'm not going to do your homework for you. She has come out with different positions on issues than her husband has.

The thing is that border security is a somewhat modern thing. There were borders to protect against invasions but there is a world of difference between an army breaking to kill your people and steal your land and what's happening now.

There are the ecological problems with walls and unlike Europe we haven't completely killed off all the large animals here yet. We're not as great as Africa or parts of Asia but we're not trash. I can at least have some respect for Lefties who are pro-wall. I'm just not in the club. We don't have to vibe on every single issue. I have a huge issue with motherfuckers who suddenly care about birds getting hit by windmills give zero shits about migratory animals or animals that just live in that part of the countries that historically could roam back and forth following food, avoiding droughts.
