Oh no Sorry to hear that.Sad news guys and girls.
The doggo is unfortunately going to go back to her previous carers. In the week since we've had her, she stopped eating really, had uncontrollable diarrhea, (however you spell it) and the vet thinks it's all down to her pining for her previous carers. They were only her foster carers whilst a new home was sorted out but in her few weeks there, she formed a super strong bond with them.
I've tried playing with her, I've tried giving her lots of cuddles. The only thing she wants to do is sit by the window and look out, waiting for them to come back.
I've never had to send a rescue back before but it's clear in this case it is what the dog needs.
Are they going to keep her?Sad news guys and girls.

I hope so.Are they going to keep her?
I hope she has found her forever home with them and that you can find the right dog for you soon xxI hope so.
I know from meeting them a few times that they only really do foster care for dogs that are finding it hard in kennels whilst waiting for a new home. Then during the summer months, they go on holiday for a few months. So I really don't know what will happen but it's clear she's pining after them and anything I try isn't helping at all.![]()

Oh no, that is so sadI hope she gets better and finds that forever home. It’s can be so difficult adopting a dog. Sometimes it works out and sometimes no matter what you do, it just doesn’t.
I hope you’re ok x
You’ll be sad for a while but you’re doing the best thing for her xYeah, I'm okay. Gutted, of course, but just want the best for the little girl.

You've made the hardest but wisest decision sir Wonky. The right hound will come your way in time, as difficult as that will seem right now.Yeah, I'm okay. Gutted, of course, but just want the best for the little girl.
Hugs for you.Sad news guys and girls.

You tried mate, sometimes there's a fit, sometimes there isn't. It's hard but if the little fella is settled with them it's for the best that it stays with them.Thank you.![]()
