lawsuits against giuliani mounting up... unpaid phone bills and sexual misconduct, racist rants

Rudy Giuliani's financial troubles persist and new reporting claims that the former "America's Mayor" might have his Palm Beach condo foreclosed on due to unpaid taxes.

The Palm Beach Post reports that the failure to pay property taxes could result in Giuliani losing his beach-side home. Giuliani owes more than $84,000, the report explained, and a firm has already purchased the tax sale certificates to proceed with foreclosure in the spring of 2024.

Rudy Giuliani is being sued by accountancy firm BST & Co. CPAs, which claims the former New York mayor failed to pay them the agreed $10,000 for work they undertook valuing his assets during his 2018 divorce from ex-wife Judith Nathan.

The company filed a lawsuit on Monday in New York requesting both the pre-agreed $10,000 retainer plus interest and $15,000 in legal costs. It said repeated requests for payment had been ignored placing Giuliani in breach of his agreement with the firm.
According to BST & Co. CPAs' legal filing on Monday, Giuliani "accepted all of the work performed" by the New York-based company, but "although demands have been made for payment, no payment has been made."

giuliani's having fundraising problems
has raised just over $727,000 from August through December with the help of his political action committee. This amount seems paltry compared to the mounting financial challenges he faces.
13 donors :coffee:
Further complicating Giuliani’s financial recovery efforts, several former benefactors have publicly stated that they will not be contributing to his legal defense fund. Billionaire investors Leon Cooperman and Ken Langone, who had supported Giuliani’s past political endeavors, have both decisively distanced themselves from the former mayor’s current plight. Cooperman succinctly put his stance, saying, “I wouldn’t give him a nickel.”

Gotta dig deep if you want to find dirt to throw.

Meanwhile other businesses all around the world stiff their clients and customers on a daily basis and there's not a single derogatory word about that to be found here.
That is true. And one would hope that karma catches up to them.

Most of these other buisnesses don't wield the power over ordinary citizens, their community, and (by extension) their country, in the manner that Giuliani does. Which is why people in his position are under greater scrutiny. Just like Joe Biden who, I am quite sure, you would likewise like to see karma catch up with. And most certainly would not be defending, were he to commit the same ethical infractions as Giuliani did.

Once again, hypocrisy on full display here.

Where is Giuliani in the queue? Is he trying to get in before E. Jean Carroll has whatever may be leftover once the entire Trump Org empire is defaulted?

MAGAs will do anything to stop Trump's victims getting a dime.

After looking at all the ins and outs I have decided that trump wishes he had never heard the the name, Rudy. When you have a syphilitic advisor like him and cannot control your own mouth bad things are going to happen.

There's a yuge difference between Karma and a lawsuit.

Not that you're capable of understanding that.

A lawsuit is like when you're forced to obey the law when you're trying to prevent people from entering the country, karma is when you have to pay damages for defaming somebody. Do I have that correct?
