Weather Channel reporting in from the southeast: it’s been a rough few days of closed toed shoes but I’m happy to report that I’m back in sandals for school drop off this morning.

I spent a little over an hour shoveling snow from our driveway, the sidewalk in front of our house, the walkways and out onto the street a bit. While I was doing that. the snowplow came through and cleared our street. Put me in mind of this little gem I saw yesterday morning:
